This is a common problem.
When the inverter board or lamps go bad it will often produce the symptom your seeing. I would start by testing the inverter transistors and output transformers to see if you have any opens or shorts. If that's beyond the scope of your knowledge you might solve the problem by replacing the whole inverter? board.

There are multimeter and oscilloscope tutorials on youtube which can tell you far more than I can say in a few lines of text. As far as testing points you can use your multimeter? on the ohms scale to test the primary and secondary side of the inverter transformers to see if there are any opens or shorts. You should also check your transistors which drive your transformers to see if any of them are shorted.

It is mostly because of the position of the camera and the shooting? angle. When the camera pan around in some shoot, the flickering goes away with the same TV. In real life, there is absolutely no flickering in all of the TVs.

Thanks... I know it's only the recording, just was curious if it had something to do with refresh rates or something besides the shooting? angle.

Refresh rate is definitely one of the reason as well as my camera's shutter speed, ... etc. The? shooting (recording) condition is extremely tough on any camera (dark room, yellow incandescent flood lighting).

If you are referring to the Green Blob issue in Europe, then Panasonic Europe has not gotten back to us with a resolution as of today. I will encourage anyone from Europe who suffer from the? Green Blob issue contact their warranty service support center.

In the US, the Panasonic is definitely one of the best looking HDTV on the market currently.
